Jaguares Raffle Promotion

1. General

By registering to participate in the Jaguares Raffle (“the Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your entry.

2. Free Participation — No Purchase Necessary

Participation in the Jaguares Raffle is completely free of charge. No purchase, payment, or monetary contribution of any kind is required to enter or to win. Any attempt to charge participants for entry is unauthorized and should be reported immediately.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Promotion, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration
  • Provide accurate and complete information (full name, email address, and phone number)
  • Submit only one entry per person — duplicate registrations will be disqualified

4. How to Enter

  • Complete the official registration form at the designated website or platform
  • Each participant will be assigned a unique ticket number upon successful registration
  • No purchase or payment is required at any stage of the process

5. Prizes

  • All prizes offered in this Promotion are real and will be awarded as described
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives
  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their prize

6. Draw Date and Winner Selection

  • The raffle draw will take place on June 24, 2026, immediately after the conclusion of the Mexico vs. Czechia match
  • Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries received before the draw
  • The draw will be conducted through our official channels and may be broadcast live
  • Winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at registration
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected

7. Registration Deadline

  • All entries must be submitted before the start of the Mexico vs. Czechia match on June 24, 2026
  • Registrations received after the match begins will not be considered valid entries

8. Disqualification

Jaguares reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Submits more than one entry
  • Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion in any way
  • Violates any of these Terms and Conditions

9. Limitation of Liability

Jaguares is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, connectivity issues, or system errors that may affect participation
  • Lost, delayed, or incomplete registrations
  • Any postponement, suspension, or cancellation of the Mexico vs. Czechia match that may affect the draw date
  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from the use of any prize

10. Match Postponement

In the event that the Mexico vs. Czechia match scheduled for June 24, 2026 is postponed, suspended, or cancelled, the raffle draw will be rescheduled accordingly. Participants will be notified of any changes through our official channels.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

12. Modifications and Cancellation

Jaguares reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico.
